Health Benefits of bathing regularly

Apart from the fact that taking our baths make us clean and keep us freshened up, there are other benefits of bathing (that are medically related)that you probably didn't know about.

The first thing you should know about bathing is that it calms your nerves. Have you ever been in a situation where you are so stressed, tired and frustrated? But when you take a shower, you seem relaxed and you even sleep off. Well, that's called the therapeutic power of bathing. Helping you relax, sleep well and reduces stress; especially if it's a warm bath.

Another reason why bathing regularly is so important is that it washes away lingering germs and viruses. For instance, in this global pandemic we're currently facing, we are advised to wash our hands and stay safe while we go about our daily routine. But in all honesty, a complete body wash is the only thing that can guarantee that you contract the virus. Except if you're outside and can't access any bathroom, sanitizing or washing your hands will be the best option. But as soon as you get into your house, do not hesitate to bath. Wash off the sweats, the germs, the dusts and the many many things normal eyes can't see.

If you're looking for that age defying and radiant skin, you should consider bathing regularly;Even when you sweat or not. Recently, a 70 year-old Vera Wang, who is a model, shared her very own skin regimen and bathing was atop the list.
According to her, bathing is what keeps her looking so youthful even at 70 because it hydrates her skin and keeps it flawless. Why don't you add this regimen to your skin routine!

Another underrated reason for bathing is that your soap actually works faster and better than your body lotion or oil or whatever it is you apply to your body. Many will try to argue this, but the truth remains that it is the fastest way for your soap to work.
In essence, bathing is necessary -very essential- because it is in bathing that we find beauty; irrespective of your gender.

Breaking News: 39.4 million Nigerians will be jobless by the end of the year - FG

The Federal Government has raised the fear that except something urgent is done, about 39.4 million Nigerians may be jobless by the end of the year as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also expressed the fear that millions more may slide into extreme poverty before the pandemic ends.  Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo painted the gloomy picture on Thursday while presenting the report of the Economic Sustainability Committee to the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).  Buhari set up the committee on March 30, 2020 in response to what was then becoming a threat of the most severe economic downturn in the country’s history, largely caused by the pandemic. Its terms of reference include to develop a clear economic sustainability plan in response to challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and to propose monetary policy measures in support of the plan.  Others are to provide a fiscal/monetary stimulus package, including support to private businesses...
